摘要
本文研究了二次淬火、亚温淬火、退火+高温正火等工艺对30CrNi2.5MoV钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:30CrNi2.5MoV钢具有粗晶组织遗传特性;二次淬火、亚温淬火对组织遗传改善能力有限,通过退火+正火可以消除组织遗传特性、细化奥氏体晶粒。通过760℃退火+900℃正火,强风冷却等工艺可使钢晶粒得到细化,经过调质热处理后,强度可达到1100MPa以上,冲击功AKv可达到80J以上。
In this paper,the effects of secondary quenching,low temperature quenching,annealing and high temperature normalizing on the structure and properties of 30CrNi2.5MoV steel were studied.The results show that:30CrNi2.5MoN steel has the genetic characteristics of coarse grain.Secondary quenching and quenching at low temperatrure are both limited in the ability to improve the genetic improvement of tissue.By annealing+high temperature normalizing,the tissue genetic properties can be eliminated and the austenite grains are refined.By760℃annealing and 900℃high temperature normalizing,,wind cooling process can make the steel are refined grains,and then after tempering heat treatment,the strength can reach more than 1100Mpa and impact energy AKv can reach more than 80J.
