摘要
功率因数是矿用隔爆型多回路组合开关接通与分断能力试验重要试验条件。结合国家煤炭资源储量和煤炭工业发展趋势,对矿用隔爆型多回路组合开关的组成结构、应用环境、接通与分断能力试验要求进行介绍,分析功率因数的计算方法及直接读数法和相角差法的特点,根据国家标准要求设计矿用隔爆型多回路组合开关接通与分断能力试验线路,利用相角差法测试试验线路功率因数。
The power factor is an important test condition for the switching and breaking capacity of the mine isolation multi-loop combination switch.Combined with national reserves of coal resources and coal industry development trend,the mining flameproof multi loop combination switch on the structure,application environment,and introduces the breaking capacity test requirements,analysis of the calculation method of power factor and the characteristics of the direct reading method and phase Angle difference method,according to the national standard requirements for mine flameproof multi loop combination switch and breaking capacity test circuit,phase Angle difference method is used to test the line power factor.
