基于CATIA的非标零件标准库技术研究

非标零件在目前的机械行业中使用非常广泛,很多工厂对非标零件没有系统化的管理导致目前的非标零件在更换、设计开发上既浪费时间又浪费人力,所以对非标零件的标准库设计对于机械行业的发展非常重要。本文作为非标零件标准库的技术研究,通过VB对CATIA的参数修改、CATIA零件的参数化设计、运用数据库设计非标零件库和简单实例对基于CATIA的非标零件库的技术研究做了简单的介绍,通过简单的实例讲述了关于VB界面的编程。

Non-standard parts used in the machinery industry is very broad,many factories for non-standard parts no systematic management led to the current non-standard parts in the replacement,design and development is a waste of time and waste of manpower,so the design of non-standard parts of the standard library is important for the development of mechanical industry.This article as a non-standard parts of the standard library technology research,using VB to modify parameters of CATIA,CATIA parts of parametric design,the use of database design of non-standard parts library and a simple example of nonstandard parts library based on CATIA technology research made simple introduction,through a simple example tells about VB programming interface.
