海阳核电一期循环水压力供水管道的设计及防腐措施分析 被引量:4

摘要 海阳核电一期工程循环水厂区取排水管、沟采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构,进汽轮机厂房及循环水泵房金属管道部分均为碳钢衬胶材质。钢筋混凝土结构的供水管道防腐措施为硅烷浸渍,金属管道部分的防腐措施为衬胶保护,衬胶材质为加压蒸汽硫化氯丁橡胶。本文通过对比其他滨海电站的相关情况,对海阳核电一期工程循环水压力供水管道设计方案及其防腐措施进行了分析比较,对比发现,海阳核电一期循环水压力供水管道所采用的防腐措施满足防腐要求,符合工程实际,并且切实可行。 Ferroconcrete ditch of CWS(Circulation Water System)has been designed in the first-stage construction of Haiyang Nuclear Power Station.And the rubber lined carbon steel pipe of CWS also has been designed in Conventional Island.The anticorrosion measure of ferroconcrete ditch is silane impregnation,and the anticorrosion measure of carbon steel pipe is rubber lining.The anticorrosion measures of Sea Water Pipeline System in other littoral power stations were analyzed,and the anticorrosion measures of CWS in Haiyang Nuclear Power Corporation are fulfill anticorrosion requirements and feasible as a result.
