摘要 为了实现内嵌式溢油回收装备围油栏布放系统双马达同步控制,基于双马达"主从控制"策略,引入了模糊PID控制思想,即把模糊推理运用于PID参数的整定,来补偿同步系统因非线性和时变性所导致的同步误差。仿真结果表明,同步控制系统采用模糊PID较之常规PID具有更好的响应特性、稳定性和抗干扰能力,能够较好的适用于内嵌式溢油回收装备围油栏布放系统双马达同步控制。实验样机上测试结果与仿真分析结果基本吻合,验证了本文提出的设计思想与选用的控制策略的合理性。 To realize the synchronous control on the dual-motor in the oil fence distribution system of a embedded spilled oil recovery machine,a fuzzy PID control idea of the control system has been built based on the“master-slave control”strategy of double motor.The fuzzy reasoning was applied to self-turing of the PID parameters to compenste the synchronous error carrsed by the nonlinearity and time-variation of the synchronous system.The results of simulation and experiment showed that,compared with the conventional PID synchronous fuzzy PID control system has better response characteristics,stability and anti-interference ability,and can apply to embedded oil spill recovery equipment of oil fence distribution system of double motor synchronous control.The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results,which verify the design idea and the rationality of the control strategy.
