基于IMS行政交换网的国家电网财务数据集中管理系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Financial Data Management System Based on IMS in Administrative Exchange Network

IMS是国家电网公司新一代行政交换网采用的技术体系。随着国家电网IMS核心网的建设完成,实现运行中的行政交换网业务的透明替换成为国家电网IMS业务系统部署的首要任务。文章分析了现有行政交换网中的财务管理业务需求,研究和设计了一种基于IMS网络技术的财务数据集中管理系统用以提高国家电网财务管理系统的集约性。该财务数据集中管理系统整合了财务管理中的人工部分,能够为国家电网IMS行政交换网中的用户终端提供无差异的财务数据集中管理服务,提高了国家电网内网财务管理业务的处理效率以及安全可靠的资产管理环境。

IMS is new technology system for administrative exchange network in State Grid Corporation of China.With the completion of the construction of IMS core network,it’s the primary task to replace the running administrative exchange network with IMS.The paper analyzes the business requirements of financial management in existing administrative exchange network,and researches and designs a financial data management system to improve the intensive of financial management system.This system incorporates the artificial part of financial management can provides management services that are no differences on financial data for users in Administrative Exchange Network based on IMS and improves the processing efficiency of financial management and the security of environment of asset management in inner network.
