脱硝用液体无水氨测定方法(容量法)的研究和探讨

摘要 液体无水氨是火力发电厂脱硝的重要脱硝剂,目前生产中液氨的测定基本采用容量法,但在实际的测定中,经常出现测定结果重现性差,甚至测定结果出现错误的情况,同时,由于液氨属于危险化学品,在测定中对人体有一定的危害,同时给环境带来污染。本文对液氨在现场化验分析中容易出现的问题进行了归类,并针对出现的各类问题开展了相关的分析和验证,最后,对采用容量法测试液氨提出了改进建议,对更快更准确得到测定结果进行了探讨。 In current production,the determination of liquid ammonia usually adopts volumetric method.However,in pratical application,it often leads to cases of poor reproducibility or even wrong results.At the same time,In the determination process,due to volatilization,it is harmful to human body in some degree and thus brings pollution to surrounding environment.In this paper,first the frequent problems existed in liquid ammonia analysis is classified.Then corresponing analysis and validation are addressed for all kinds of problems abovely mentioned.Finally,improving advices are given during taking volumetry,and discussions are also presented to get faster and more accurate determination resluts.
