Investigation and Thinking on Upgrading and Upgrading of Rural Oil Mills

农村磨坊油坊升级改造,对于农产品加工技术应用、解决农民米面油加工难、确保粮油食用安全方面,起到了积极的作用,但由于思想认识、规范作业以及配套管理和市场延伸等问题都没有得到很好的解决,导致此项工作无法达到预期目的。文章试图从农村磨坊油坊升级改造试点建设工程的积极意义出发,进一步分析项目推动过程中的问题,提出改进和规范的应对之策,以期通过小项目助推农产品加工机械推广工作的持续健康发展。

The upgrading of the rural mill oil workshop has played a positive role in the application of agricultural products processing technology,solving the difficulties in the processing of rice flour oil and ensuring the safety of grain and oil consumption.However,due to the lack of good solutions to the problems of ideological understanding,standard operation and supporting management and market extension,this work can not achieve the expected purpose.This paper tries to analyze the problems in the process of project promotion from the positive significance of upgrading the pilot construction project from the rural mills.This paper puts forward the countermeasures of improving and standardizing,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of agricultural products processing machinery promotion through small projects.
