摘要
猪屠宰检疫包括宰前检疫及宰后检疫,技术人员通过这两个环节的检验结果对产品品质以及是否适合人类使用做出评定。猪屠宰检疫对动物性食品安全和疫病防控有着十分重要的作用。文章主要论述了猪屠宰检疫的意义、工作方法及注意事项。
