摘要
21世纪,人们已经开始意识到领导者和追随者关系的动态性。领导力的一个关键方面在于与追随者建立起共同的价值和相互联系。基于对案例的定性研究和文献研究,这篇文章强调领导力在领导者和追随者关系中的必要性。此外,还进一步探讨了追随者怎样影响、促进和抑制管理领导,从而提出了按需领导的建议,这是一个对领导者和追随者之间动态关系进行概念化表述的有益隐喻。
In the 21st century,people have begun to realize the dynamic nature of the relationship between leaders and followers.One key aspect of leadership is building value as well as correlation with followers.Based on qualitative case research and the literature,this paper emphasizes the‘need’for leadership when a relationship between a leader and follower is established.The author further discusses how followers influence,initiate and inhibit management leadership.And further advise‘leadership on demand’as a helpful metaphor attempts to conceptualize the dynamics of leaders and followers in this research.
