职业倦怠对企业管理人员创新行为的影响 被引量:1

摘要 21世纪,创新是社会发展的主题。管理人员是企业发展的中坚力量,其创新行为对企业的长远发展有着重要影响,而员工的职业倦怠将会对创新行为产生负面影响。文本采用实证方法,分析职业倦怠对企业管理人员创新行为的影响。
