摘要 为了描述压电驱动器迟滞非线性动态特性,首先基于Maxwell迟滞机理,利用Matlab/SIMULINK建立了压电驱动器的迟滞非线性动力学模型;然后,根据压电驱动器工作机理,把压电驱动器机电耦合动力学系统分为等效电气子系统、机械子系统以及非线性迟滞子系统,利用试验的方法获取了Maxwell迟滞模型的参数,并建立了非线性迟滞子系统的输入电压与电荷之间的Maxwell迟滞模型;最后,耦合电气子系统、机械子系统建立了完整的压电驱动器迟滞非线性动态模型。模型计算结果与试验结果的对比表明:该模型误差在5%以内,能够实时准确跟踪驱动器的动态特性。 In order to simulate the nonlinear hysteresis dynamic characteristics of piezoelectric actuator,a nonlinear hysteresis dynamic model of piezoelectric actuator is established based on Maxwell hysteresis model mechanism and by using Matlab/SIMULINK at first.And then,the electromechanical coupling dynamic system is divided into electrical subsystem,mechanical subsystem and nonlinear hysteresis subsystem according to work mechanism of piezoelectric actuator,and the parameters of Maxwell hysteresis model are obtained by experiments,and the Maxwell hysteresis model of input voltage and charge of nonlinear hysteresis subsystem is established.Finally,the complete hysteresis nonlinear dynamic model of piezoelectric actuator is established.Comparison result of model calculation results with the experimental shows that the model can track the dynamic characteristics of the actuator in real time and accurately with the error less than 5%.
