摘要
针对乌桕梓油脲醛树脂微胶囊壁材的耐水性不高的特点,利用KH550硅烷偶联剂对脲醛树脂微胶囊表面进行改性,通过对改性前后微胶囊亲油化度的测定分析,确定了最佳工艺条件:KH550用量2.1%,温度77℃,时间90 min;改性前后微胶囊的性能表征结果表明,KH550已成功改性脲醛树脂微胶囊;KH550改性后微胶囊的热稳定性基本不发生变化,但其分散性能和耐水性能有较大的改善,接触角从96°增大到128°,沉降时间由2 h延长至18 h,从而可减少囊壁——脲醛树脂碳酰胺键(—CO—NH—)因水解产生的游离甲醛,提高其应用的绿色环保性。
To improve the water-resistance performance of the stillingia oil urea-formaldehyde resin microcapsules,urea-formaldehyde resin microcapsules were modified by KH550 silane coupling agent.By measuring the lipophilicity of microcapsules before and after modification,the optimum processing conditions were determined as follows:KH550 dosage of 2.1%,modified temperature of 77℃,and reaction duration of 90 min.The results showed that the stillingia oil urea-formaldehyde resin microcapsules was successfully modified by KH550,and its thermal stability did not changed but the dispersibility and hydrophobicity of the modified microcapsules were improved dramatically,and its contact angle increased from 96°to 128°,the settling time extended from 2 h to 18 h.The study contributes to reducing the free formaldehyde for urea-formaldehyde resin carbon amide bond(-CO-NH-)hydrolyzes and improve the environmental protection for industrial application.
