摘要
全氟环丁基芳基醚聚合物是一类新型的部分氟化聚合物,在光学材料、空间材料、膜材料和静电纺丝等领域具有潜在的应用前景。为发展全氟环丁基芳基醚聚合物合成的新策略,利用ATRP将对苯乙烯磺酸钠接枝到含溴甲基的全氟环丁基芳基醚聚合物(Br-PFCB-XX)的主链上,通过改变对苯乙烯磺酸钠的量,合成了一系列含梳形磺化侧链的全氟环丁基芳基醚聚合物(PFCB-XX-g-PSSS-YY)。DSC和TGA测试表明所得聚合物具有良好的热性能。溶解性测试表明所得聚合物在二氯甲烷,氯仿、四氢呋喃、丙酮和DMF中具有良好的溶解性。
Perfluorocyclobutyl(PFCB)aryl ether polymers are a new class of semi-fluorinated polymers,which are promising for applications in areas such as optical materials,space materials,membrane materials and electrospinning.For the development of new strategies for the synthesis of PFCB aryl ether polymers,in this paper,sodium p-styrene sulfonate was successfully grafted from PFCB aryl ether polymers containing bromomethyl groups by ATRP,resulting in a series of PFCB aryl ether polymers containing comb-shaped sulfonated side chains(PFCB-XX-g-PSSS-YY).The DSC and TGA tests showed that the polymer had good thermal properties.The solubility test showed that the polymer had good solubility in CH 2Cl 2,CHCl 3,THF,acetone and DMF.
