漏电断路器动作特性检测装置的研究

Research on the detection device for operating characteristics of residual current circuit breaker

动作特性检测是漏电断路器工作性能检测中重要的一部分,通过对动作特性检测,分析动作特性数据变化可对漏电断路器的工作性能做出评估和预测,并可针对暴露的性能缺陷进行改进,提高其工作时的稳定性。为满足对于漏电断路器动作特性检测的要求,设计了一台动作特性检测装置,主要由工业控制机、剩余动作电流生成模块、电流调整模块、剩余动作电流检测模块、动作时间检测模块、自动复位及合闸模块等组成;检测装置实现了对于漏电断路器动作特性连续实时、高效、精确的测量。

The operating characteristics detection is an important part of the working performance detection in residual current circuit breaker.Through the detection of the operating characteristics,the analysis and prediction of the performance of the residual current circuit breaker can be made based on the analysis of the change of the operating characteristic data.In this way,it can improve the performance deficiency,and improve the stability of the work.In order to meet the detection requirements of the residual current circuit breaker,an operating characteristics detection device was designed in this paper,which mainly consists of industrial control machine,residual operating current generation module,current adjustment module,residual operating current detection module,actuating time detection module,automatic reset and closing module and so on.More importantly,it realizes the continuous,real-time,high-efficient and accurate measurement of the operating characteristics of the leakage circuit breaker.
