一种测量环状流液膜参数的传感器研究 被引量:3

摘要 在分析现有的测量技术的基础上,将近红外在线分析技术引入两相流测量领域,通过Fluent实验仿真分析导光管对流场的影响,构建基于近红外吸收技术的液膜参数测量传感器。根据近红外光谱吸收原理、功率谱测频和互相关测速算法等实验数据处理方法实现气液两相环状流液膜厚度及波动参数的测量。研究结果表明:该测量传感器具有非接触性、适用范围广等特点,可以有效反映局部液膜厚度随采样时间的变化,以及准确测量液膜波动参数,为研究气液两相环状流传质传热以及流动特性提供了一种可靠的实验测试方法。 Based on the analysis of the existing experimental testing technology,the process analysis technology of near infrared(NIR)was introduced into the field of two-phase flow measurement.The influence of light guide pipe on flow field was analyzed by using fluent software simulation,and sensor that measured liquid film parameters was designed based on NIR absorption technology.According to the principle of NIR spectral absorption,power spectrum for frequency measurement,the cross-correlation algorithm for velocity measurement,the measurement of liquid film thickness and wave characteristics of gas-liquid annular flow were achieved.The results show that the sensor has many characteristics,such as non-contact,wide applicable scope,which can effectively reflect the thickness of local liquid film with the change of sampling time,and accurately measure the wave parameters.A reliable experimental measuring method for the gas-liquid flow study of mass and heat transfer and flow features is provided.
