基于集中指数评价中国卫生资源配置的公平性

Equity of health resource allocation in China based on the evaluation of centralized index

运用集中指数和间接标准化集中指数,对2015年我国卫生资源配置公平性进行分析,并分解计算各影响因素对集中指数的贡献。结果显示,2015年我国卫生资源特别是人力资源的配置倾向于经济发展水平较高的地区,以"需求"为导向配置卫生资源的相关政策初见成效,未来应注意对成果的巩固以及相关政策在床位配置中的落实。

This paper analyzed the equity of health resources allocation in China in 2015 and calculate the contribution of various influencing factors to the concentration index by using centralized index and indirect standardized centralized index.The results showed that the allocation of health resources,especially human resources,tends to be more in areas with high economic development level in 2015,and the related policies of health resources allocation on the basis of demand are beginning to bear fruit.In the future,attention should be paid to the consolidation of achievements and the implementation of related policies in bed allocation.
