摘要
运用经济学的集聚度概念,对我国各省区市全科医生资源分布情况进行评价。结果显示,各省区市之间全科医生分布不平衡,经济发展水平影响全科医生配置。为缩小各区域之间全科医生资源的差距,建议优化全科医生培养机制,加强全科医生队伍建设,提高经济落后地区全科医生资源的可及性,并在全科医生资源规划中综合考虑人口和地理因素,因地制宜制定全科医生资源配置标准。
The distribution of general practitioner resources in all provinces and municipalities in China was evaluated by using the concept of aggregation degree of economics.The results showed that the distribution of general practitioners in all provinces and municipalities is unbalanced and the level of economic development affects the allocation of general practitioners.In order to narrow the gap of general practitioner resources among different regions,it is suggested to optimize the training mechanism of general practitioners,strengthen the construction of general practitioners,improve the accessibility of general practitioners resources in economically undeveloped areas,comprehensively consider population and geography factors in the general practitioner resource planning,and develop the standard of allocation for general practitioners according to local conditions.
