基于文献分析的医患关系领域关键问题研究

Research on the key issues in the field of doctor-patient relationship based on literature analysis

通过文献检索,结合问题严重性指数和重要性指数、四象限分析法、聚类分析等,将影响医患关系的29个关键问题进行优先解决排序。结果显示,影响医患关系的前四个问题分别是:社会信任危机、医患纠纷增多、患方满意度低、部分医务人员职业素质低。对此,提出针对性建议。

Through literature retrieval,combined with problem severity index and importance index,four-quadrant analysis and cluster analysis,this paper gave priority to 29 key issues affecting the relationship between doctors and patients in order.The results showed that the first four problems affecting the relationship between doctors and patients were:crisis of social trust,increase of doctor-patient disputes,low satisfaction of patients,and low professionalism of some medical personnel.Targeted suggestions were made.
