摘要
随着新一轮医改的不断深化,公立医院的内外部环境发生巨大变化,对医院运营和管理的要求也不断提高,全面预算管理在医院管理中发挥了越来越重要的作用。XH医院依托信息化建设,推进全面预算管理,取得了一定的成效与有益经验。
With the deepening of the new round of medical reform,the internal and external environment of public hospitals has changed greatly,and the requirements for hospital operation and management have also been raised.Comprehensive budget management has played a more and more important role in hospital management.XH hospital has achieved certain results and beneficial experience in promoting comprehensive budget management by relying on information construction.
