DRGs在医院管理中应用的研究现状

Application of DRGs in hospital management

检索相关数据库,对2010-2016年疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)的相关研究进行文献归纳。结果显示:有关DRGs在医院管理中的应用的文献数量总体呈逐年上升趋势,主要集中在北京和广东;大多数学者对DRGs给予积极评价;现阶段DRGs主要应用在费用管理方面,在质量管理方面的研究较少;推广DRGs的主要障碍是病案信息缺陷。应加强DRGs在医院质量管理中的应用和研究,同时不断提高病历书写质量和病案首页数据质量。

This paper summarized the relevant literatures of diagnosis related groups from 2010 to 2016.The results showed that the number of literatures about the application of DRGs in hospital management is increasing year by year,which mainly concentrated in Beijing and Guangdong.Majority of scholars give positive evaluation to DRGs.At present,DRGs is mainly used in cost management,but less research on quality management.The main obstacle of popularizing DRGs is the defect of medical record information.The application and research of DRGs in hospital quality management should be strengthened,and the quality of medical record writing and the first page data of medical record should be improved constantly at the same time.
