负载氧化铁凹凸棒脱除硫化氢的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用浸渍法制备了凹凸棒负载氧化铁脱硫剂,并对硫化氢气体进行脱除实验.以最大硫容为评价指标分析了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、浸渍时间、凹凸棒与硝酸铁的质量比以及浸渍温度对脱硫效果的影响,并对脱硫后的脱硫剂进行再生.通过实验优化脱硫剂的最佳制备条件,当焙烧温度为450℃,焙烧2h,浸渍4h,凹凸棒与Fe(NO_3)_3的质量比为1:1,浸渍温度为80℃,制得的脱硫剂最大硫容为17.64%;该脱硫剂的自体再生率为58.73%,50℃鼓风再生率可达68.76%. In this paper,impregnation method is used to prepare iron oxide desulfurizer with attapulgite and removal experiment is performed for hydrogen sulfide.Maximum sulfur capacity is used as evaluation index to analyze calcinations temperature,calcinations time,dipping time,quality ratio between attapulgite and ferric nitrate,and influences of impregnating temperature on desulfuration effects,and regeneration is carried out for desulfurizer after desulfuration.The optimal preparation condition of desulfurizer will be known from experimental results:calcination temperature 450℃,calcination time 2h,impregnation time 4h,m(attapulgite):m(Fe(NO3)3)=1:1,impregnation temperature 80℃,under such conditions,the maximum sulfur capacity of desulfurizer is 17.64%;the self-regeneration rate of such desulfurizer is 58.73%,the regeneration rate of blast under 50℃may reach to 68.76%.
