过度训练生物标志物的Meta分析的筛选与诊断的实践应用

摘要 对氧化损伤与免疫反应相关联的8类指标进行文献整理计量与Meta的效应量分析,结果表明:谷氨酰胺、谷氨酸、血浆Ig A、皮质醇和IL-6等5项指标的具有显著效应一致性.得到结论:过度训练的监测与诊断以血液、唾液为样本,选取具有高度关联的皮质醇和分泌型蛋白A(SIg A),作为过度训练综合症的敏感生物学标志.筛选过度训练的敏感生物标志物和探索临床简单易测的诊断方法,可为预防过度训练综合症对运动员运动技能和技战术水平的发挥提供前期的预警. This paper using literature metrology combined with meta-analysis to operate literature arrangement and analyze the effective dose of Meta with eight kinds of indexes that are relevant to oxidative damage and immunoreaction.The result showed that there are conspicuous consistency of effect between indexes such as glutamine,glutamic acid,plasma secret immunoglobulin A(sIgA),cortisol and lnterleukin-6(IL-6).So the conclusion is that to monitor and diagnose overtraining,it is practical to use blood and saliva as samples,select cortisol and SIgA that are highly correlative,and make it a sensitive biomarker of overtraining syndrome.The purpose of this issue is to filter the sensitive biomarker of overtraining and explore a clinic,simple,practical diagnostic method,and to provide an early warning of potential influence of overtraining syndrome on athlete's motor skill and technical merit.
