摘要
为探索中国红豆杉的快繁技术,以其10年树龄红豆杉2年生、3年生、4年生插穗枝条为试验材料,在3种不同的基质中进行扦插,以150mg/L的吲哚丁酸(IBA)溶液对扦插枝条进行处理.在扦插初期初步探索出适合中国红豆杉的最佳扦插基质及插穗枝条.结果表明:扦插基质为森林腐殖土、园土、河沙(1:1:1)混合基质时,成活率最高,尤其是3年生枝条,能达到90%以上,而在对照组河沙基质中成活率仅在50%左右,芽萌动期都为19天左右,生根期为70天左右.新梢生长量在扦插后的第二个月都达到高峰期.
To investigate the rapid propagation technique of Taxus chinensis.Taking 2 year-old,3year-old and 4 year-old cuttings of 10a Taxus chinensis as the test material.Planting the cuttings that treated by 150mg/L Indole Butyric Acid(IBA)in three different culture medium.At the early stage of cutting,we initially explored the best cutting medium and cuttings for Taxus chinensis.Experimental results show that when the substratum were forest humus soil,garden soil,river sand medium(1:1:1),the survival rate is the highest,especially 3 year-old living branches,which can reach more than 90%,while in the control group of river sand substrate,survival rate is only around 50%,but sprouted phase is about 19 days,the rooting period is 70 days,and the growth of new shoots reached the peak at second months after cuttage.
