兰州现代服务业职教集团化办学实施情况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Implementation of Vocational Education Collectivization in Lanzhou Modern Service Industry

职业教育在历经多次重大变革后,开始重点探究集团化办学对整个职业教育体系健康发展的推动作用.通过对兰州现代服务业职教集团办学情况展开调查,发现了教师在企业实践培训、企业"委托"学校人才培养、师资交流活动等方面存在的突出问题,并对问题产生的原因进行了分析,为寻求摆脱集团化办学发展困境的方法提供了有效的数据支持.

After many significant changes,vocational education began to explore the promoting role of group school running to the healthy development of the whole vocational education system.Through the investigation of the situation of the vocational education group in Lanzhou’s modern service industry,it has been found that there are prominent problems in practice training in the enterprise,enterprise“entrust”school personnel training and organizing teachers exchange activities,and the causes of the problems are analyzed,and the effective data support is provided to find out the way to get rid of the development dilemma of the vocational education collectivization.
