Modern Educational Reflection on Some Provisions of Teachers 'Teaching Behavior Norms

摘要 教师课堂教学规范起始于夸美纽斯班级授课制的总结推行,有许多规定都是历史传承,但是随着时代发展,有些已经过于拘泥,需要灵活规定.如上课下课起立问好,如站立上课.可以规定教师根据教学形式和教学内容实际,选择坐式和站式上课.同样可以规定,教师可以让学生起立问好,也可以不要求,更可以是其他形式的组织教学. Teachers’classroom teaching standards origin from the implementation of Comenius class teaching system.Among the provisions,many of them are historical heritage,the later regulations showed a distinct imprint of the times.However,with the development of the times,some regulations have been so rigid that they need to be flexibly fixed.According to the teaching form and teaching content,teachers choose sitting or standing while teaching.Likewise,teachers can require students to stand up and salute or not.It can be other forms of organized teaching.
