磁集成开关电感交错并联Buck/Boost变换器 被引量:24

摘要 为了提高传统Buck/Boost变换器的电压增益、暂态响应速度同时减小电感支路的电流纹波和变换器的体积重量。将磁集成开关电感技术和交错并联技术应用到传统的Buck/Boost变换中,提出了磁集成开关电感交错并联Buck/Boost变换器。通过采用开关电感结构替换传统变换器中的电感的方式,使变换器正向功率变换的电压增益提高为原来的2倍。采用磁集成技术并合理设计耦合电感间的耦合系数能够减小该变换器电感支路的电流纹波、提高系统暂态响应速度、减小变换器的体积重量,进而提高变换器的电气性能。最后通过实验样机的结果验证了理论分析的正确性。 It aims to improve the voltage gain and the transient response speed of the traditional Buck/Boost converter meanwhile reduce the current ripple and the volume weight of the converter.The magnetic integrated switch inductance technology and the interleaved parallel technology are applied to the traditional Buck/Boost transform,and a magnetic integrated switch inductor interleaved parallel Buck/Boost converter is proposed.The switching inductance structure was used to replace the inductance in the traditional converter,so that the voltage gain of the converter forward power conversion was increased to 2 times.The current ripple with integrated magnetics and the coupling coefficient of coupling inductance between the rational design of the converter can reduce the inductance branch,improve transient response speed,reduce the weight of the converter,and then improve the electrical performance of the converter.The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
