网格细化对铝合金薄板凸焊有限元分析的影响

摘要 基于simufact-welding仿真软件建立了单点凸焊的热-电耦合模型,针对网格细化程度对6063铝合金薄板凸焊的影响,通过对比三种网格尺度下温度场、残余应力场以及最大变形量发现,当焊接电流35k A和焊接压力5k N时,凸焊筋网格尺寸为0.1mm时的仿真结果最为接近实验结果,而大的网格尺寸与实验结果相差较大。尽管越细的网格尺寸需要更多的计算时间,但在小尺寸模型的凸焊仿真中,应使用较细的网格来接近真实焊接过程。 Based on the simufact-welding simulation software,the thermo-electric coupling model of single-point projection welding is established.According to the influence of mesh refinement on the projection welding of 6063 aluminum alloy sheet,by comparing the temperature field,residual stress field and the maximum deformation,it was discovered that when the welding current is 35kA and the welding pressure is 5kN,the simulation result of the projection with the grid size of 0.1mm is the closest to the experimental result,while the big grid size is greatly different from the experimental result.Although the finer mesh size requires more computation time,in the case of the projection welding of small size models,a finer mesh should be used to simulate the actual welding process.
