基于世界技能大赛的数控铣教学改革策略

On the Teaching Reform Strategy for CNC Milling Based on World Skills Competition

"世界技能大赛"代表了国际技能先进水平。我国要实现从制造大国走向制造强国的战略目标,高职院校必须要紧盯"世界技能大赛",要以培养技术技能型人才为要务。运用信息研究法与经验总结法剖析"世界技能大赛"和国内数控铣项目的比赛中涉及的知识点可知,数控铣人才培养模式和教学方法应进行改革,使其更加专业化;核心课程要进行整合,突出加工"合格品"零件为导向。这里提出了改革的策略。

World Skills Competition represents the internationally advanced skill level.To achieve our strategic goal of becoming a strong manufacturer from a huge manufacturer,higher vocational institutes must keep a close eye on the World Skills Competition and focus on cultivating skilled technical talents.Through analysis on the knowledge points involved in the World Skills Competition and the domestic CNC milling contests by means of information research method and experience summary method,it can be seen that the talent cultivation mode and the teaching method for CNC milling should be reformed to become more professional.Besides,the core curriculum needs to be integrated to be more oriented by the processing of"qualified product".Here is the strategy for teaching reform.
