基于DSPIC和ADXL357的测井仪器姿态测量系统

摘要 为校正仪器姿态对探测性能的影响,设计了基于DSPIC和ADXL357的测井仪器姿态测量系统。研究了ADXL357与DSPIC的SPI通信协议,控制并获取ADXL357采集的20位重力加速数据。在此基础上,对ADXL357的数据进行处理与计算,判断测井仪器在井下的姿态。测试结果表明,该测量系统误差小、耐温可达125度,成本较低,能够较好的满足生产测井仪器姿态测量的要求。 In order to correct the influence of instrument posture on the detection performance,a logging tool posture measurement system based on DSPIC and ADXL357 was designed.The SPI communication protocol of ADXL357 and DSPIC was studied and the 20-bit gravitational acceleration data collected by ADXL357 was controlled and acquired.On this basis,the data of ADXL357 were processed and calculated to judge the posture of downhole logging tool.The test results show that the error of the measurement system is small and the temperature can be up to 125 degrees with lower cost.It can be able to meet the requirements of posture measurement of production logging tools.
