基于铜蓄热的Ka频段相控阵天线热控技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对搭载于长征七号上面级的Ka频段相控阵天线尺寸小、热功耗大、工作模式不确定,需热控系统兼具天线工作期间的散热和长时间不工作期间的保温,需要采用相变材料或高热容材料进行蓄热的问题,考虑该上面级对重量相对不敏感但对经济性敏感的特点,通过对比铜和相变材料、电加热和增加热控开机,设计了一种"铜蓄热+新增热控开机"的热控方案。开展了全箭热分析计算和相控阵天线热平衡试验,验证了方案的正确性,飞行遥测数据证实了数值计算和试验的有效性。 The Ka frequency range phase array antenna in the upper stage of Long March 7 is small in size,high in thermal power consumption and with non-fixing work mode.The thermal control sys-tem must dissipate heat when the antenna is working and maintain temperature during long period of shutdown.This requirement can hardly be met using the normal thermal control methods.Thermal storage materials such as the phase change material or high heat capacity material may be used to meet this requirement.In this article,the methods of using cooper and phase-change material,using electric heating and increasing the antenna working time were compared.Then the method of copper plus increasing the antenna working time was selected for the thermal control.In the end,numerical simulation and thermal balance experiment were conducted for verification.The telemetry data of the real flight proved the validity of the numerical simulation and the experiment.
