摘要
针对航天器总装过程对地面通风设备控制密封舱内的大气温湿度和通风、保证舱内环境要求并保障舱内操作工人的新鲜气体供应的需求,研究了航天器地面通风设备的主要技术参数的设计与确定方法。结合理论推导与工程实践,给出了如何从载人航天器自身主要技术参数出发,通过迭代计算得到能够满足要求的地面通风设备主要技术参数。某载人航天器地面通风设备设计过程对该结果的应用验证了其有效性,可为后续航天器地面设备研制提供参考。
Ground ventilation equipment is used to control the temperature and the relative humidity of pressurized cabin in manned spacecraft during integration and ground test.It supplies fresh air for the engineers working in the cabin.A method for determining the parameters of ventilation equip-ment was proposed and how to get the parameters of the ventilation equipment according to the pa-rameters of manned spacecraft was pointed out after mathematical procedure.The proposed method was applied in the design of ventilation equipment for a certain manned spacecraft.It may provide references for the development of similar ground equipment.
