摘要
针对BUCK变换器的基本原理研究,分析BUCK型变换器CCM、DCM、BCM在三种不同模式下电路参数及特点,推导出不同模式下稳态电压增益和连续模式下纹波电压等电源参数公式,利用Simulink搭建BUCK变换器模型,在仿真模型中,设计不同电感、电容、开关频率等电路参数输入,输出电流及电压仿真波形,且与理论值进行比较,基本一致。实验结果表明,该仿真模型便于了解不同模式下BUCK变换器的工作特性、电路参数及对无源器件的选择。
The basic principle of the BUCK converter in this paper,the analysis of BUCK converter CCM,DCM and BCM in three different modes of circuit parameters and characteristics of the ripple voltage power parameter formula of steady state voltage gain and continuous mode are derived under different models,using Simulink to build a BUCK converter model in the simulation model,input different design parameters of inductance and capacitance and switching frequency circuit,output current and voltage waveform simulation,which is compared with the theoretical value,basically the same.The experimental results show that the simulation model is easy to understand the working characteristics of BUCK converters under different modes,circuit parameters and the selection of passive devices.
