电子制动器壳体刚度对夹紧力高温衰退分析

摘要 电子驻车系统的驻车功能是通过安置于后制动器的电机推动制动器壳体内丝杠,进行轴向运动来实现夹紧制动盘,同时制动盘有热胀冷缩的特点,随着冷却,原本施加于制动盘上的夹紧力会出现一定程度的衰退,制动器作为汽车安全部件,其壳体在制动过程会承受一定的制动压力,故理论上需要高强度低变形的壳体设计,但壳体变形会带来夹紧力衰退,通过相同缸径的电子驻车制动器,分析不同刚度的壳体对驻车夹紧力衰退的影响,指导制动器前期设计的参数匹配和优化。 The parking function of electronic parking system does axial movements by the drive motor that mounted in caliper to let ball screw drive moving from axle direction so that achieve clamping the brake disc.Brake disc has the characteristics of expansion and contraction with cooling down.During cooling,the clamping force which is applied on disc will decline in a certain extent.But brake caliper as a vehicle safety component,its housing will bear the certain brake pressure during braking process.In theory,housing design with high stiffness is necessary.On the other hand,the deformation of the housing results in clamping force declining.Their impact with each other has not been studied much.This article uses the same electrical park brake caliper with same piston diameter to analyze the parking braking force declining with different housing stiffness.So that to guide preliminary design of brake and parameter matching.
