叶绿素铜钠作为敏化剂的理论与实验研究

摘要 研究了天然色素叶绿素铜钠作为染料敏化太阳能电池的敏化剂。通过吸收光谱,红外光谱,I-V特性对天然染料叶绿素铜钠进行分析。此外,应用密度泛函理论和含时密度泛函理论对染料分子激发态计算与探究。染料的敏化太阳能电池中的光电转换率η=0.07%,开路电压VOC=0.44V,短路电流密度JSC=0.33 m A cm-2,填充因子ff=0.48,叶绿素铜钠在溶液中的电子驱动力要高于真空为-2.63e V。 This paper studies the natural pigment chlorophyllin copper sodium as the sensitizing agent for dye-sensitized solar cells.The natural pigment chlorophyllin copper sodium was analyzed by absorption spectrum,infrared spectrum and I-V characteristics.In addition,application density functional theory and time-density functional theory are used to calculate and explore the excited state of dye molecules,the photoelectric conversion rate of dye sensitized solar cellη=0.07%,open circuit voltage VOC=0.44V,short circuit current density JSC=0.33mAcm-2,fill factor ff=0.48.The electron driving force of chlorophyll sodium in solution was higher than in vacuo that was-2.63ev.
