地方高校大学生舍区化管理模式初探

A Probe into the Dormitory-based Management Mode of College Students in Local Universities

在地方高校形成了以学生宿舍为中心的"学生舍区"。传统学生舍区管理模式存在着班主任难深入舍区、班主任与辅导员工作职责不清、舍区不适应学分制改革等问题。大学生舍区化管理模式取消了"行政班"概念,把学生管理工作主阵地从"教室"转移到"舍区",用导师制代替了班主任制。其实施涉及学生舍区的管理理念和硬件建设、舍区管理组织架构和人员配备、导师制度的建立三部分,同时需要处理好辅导员与导师的职责划分、按学院或专业集中安排学生居住区、加强舍区管理制度和文化建设等问题。

In local universities,the dormitory-based ustudent co^^mlnity^,has been formed.There are many problems in the traditional model of student community management,such as the head teacher is difficult to go into the community,the duty of the head teacher and the counselor is not clear,the community is not adapted to the reform of the credit system and so on.The concept of uadministrative class^has been abolished by the management mode of dormitory-based,and the main position of the student management work is transferred from the classroom to the ustudent community,?,and the class teacher system is replaced by the tutor system.Its implementation involves three parts:the construction of management concept and the hardware,the building of organizational structure and allocation of staffing for the management and the establishment of the tutor system.At the same time,it is necessary to deal with the division of the duties of instructors and tutors,arrange students5 residential areas by college or specialty as well as strengthen the system of management and cultural construction.
