摘要
囿于历史和现实的因素,辅导员权力具有张力性、动态性、工具性等特点,辅导员法规不够完善、辅导员的社会认知与自我认知不够清晰的现状等,导致辅导员权力异化的出现。辅导员权力的异化直接关涉到思想政治教育工作与日常管理的有序开展,关涉到学生的自由全面发展与人性的全面发展的实现程度。应采取有效措施消解辅导员权力的异化,真正回归辅导员权力的本真。
Because of the historical and realistic factors,the power of the counselors has the characteristics of tension,dynamics,and instrumentality.The regulations for counselors are not perfect,the counselors5 social cognition and self-awareness are not clear enough,which lead to the alienation of the power of the counselors.The alienation of the power of the counselors is directly related to the orderly development of ideological and political work and daily management,and it is concerned with the students5 free and comprehensive development and the realization of the all-round development of human nature.Effective measures should be taken to dispel the alienation of counselors5 power and really return to the authenticity of counselors’power.
