弹簧疲劳试验机加载机构动力学分析

摘要 对弹簧疲劳试验机的曲柄滑块加载机构,建立动态静力分析方程,将机构的运动周期离散化,得到机构在一个周期中,各运动副的反力和平衡力矩,为机构的结构设计和驱动电机的选型提供理论依据。同时,对曲柄和滑块进行结构优化设计,得到机构对机座的摆动力和摆动力矩优化前后的变化情况,减小了整机的振动和驱动力矩的输入。 The dynamic static analysis equation is established for the crank block loading mechanism of spring fatigue testing machine.The motion cycle of the loading mechanism is discretized to obtain the reaction force and balanced moment of each kinematic pair in one cycle,which can provide the theoretical basis for the structure design of loading mechanism and the selection of driving motor.At the same time,the structure of the crank block is optimized,and the varieties of swing force and swing moment of the machine base after the optimization.The vibration of whole machine and the input of driving moment are reduced.
