流体动压条件下润滑油膜黏度的测量方法

摘要 流体动压润滑理论表明,流体动压润滑油膜的厚度对润滑油的黏度有很强的依赖关系。通过实验室自主开发的面接触润滑油膜测量仪(FST II)实测了润滑油黏度与流体动压润滑油膜厚度的对应关系,对于某一固定的速度和载荷获得了润滑油黏度和油膜厚度的关系式。利用这一关系式,可以获得未知的润滑油黏度。同时,还研究了载荷和速度对润滑油黏度和油膜厚度之间的函数关系。结果表明,动压条件下,膜厚值与黏度值在双对数坐标系下存在线性关系,计算所得黏度值与标定黏度值误差小于5%,从而证明了本文利用面接触试验台通过测量膜厚获取润滑油黏度这一方法具有可行性与有效性。 The hydrdynamic lubrication theory shows that the oil film thickness has a strong dependece on the viscosity of the lubricants.The relationship between lubricating oil viscosity and oil film thickness is measured with a self-developed slider-bearing Tester(FST,IIo.For the fixed velocity and load,the relationship between viscosity and oil film thickness is obtained,and the unknown lubricant viscosity can be obtained by using this equation.The influence of load and velocity on the relationship between viscosity and oil film thickness is also studied.The results show that there is a linear relationship between viscosity and film thicknessin double logarithmic coordinate system under the condition of hydrodynamic lubrication,and the errors between calculated viscosity and certified viscosityare lessthan 5%.Thus,the method isfeasible and effective to measure the oil viscosity indirectly by measuring the film thickness on a film thicknes stester in conformal contact.
