基于冲击试验法的低周大冲击部件使用寿命预测 被引量:4

摘要 针对某航行体舵板装置在承受低周大冲击载荷下的疲劳寿命预测问题开展研究。基于应力应变法假设,分别对有缺口试件和光滑试件进行夏比摆锤冲击试验,获取不同冲击次数下试件形态变化规律以及冲击能量与塑性应变累积之间的关系,并根据结果进行舵板疲劳寿命估算。本文提出的基于冲击试验法预测舵板使用寿命,为低周大冲击部件使用寿命预测提供了一种思路。 In this paper,the fatigue life prediction of the rudder plate of an underwater vehicle under big impact with low cycle is studied.Based on the assumption of stress-strain method,the Charpy impact tests are carried out with notching and smooth test pieces.The deformation of test pieces and the relationship between impact energy and plastic strain accumulation are obtained under different impact times,and the fatigue life of rudder plate is predicted based on the test results.The method for predicting the fatigue life of rudder plate is presented in the paper,which provides a new idea for predicting the fatigue life of device under big impact with low cycle.
