摘要 进行全尺寸疲劳试验是新型民用飞机取得型号合格证的必要前提,也是对疲劳和损伤容限设计准则和评定技术的考核验证。从飞机结构安全和试验效率的角度出发,当在全机疲劳试验过程中出现意外情况应急保护卸载时,根据卸载原因和当前载荷谱状态,提出一种考虑载荷谱状态的控制保护技术,并通过MTS FlexTest 200协调加载控制系统实现。该技术已经通过验证试验的考核,能够满足按当前载荷状态进行可控卸载的要求,可以在全机疲劳试验中应用。 The full scale fatigue test is necessary for new-style aircrafts to achieve certificate of qualifications,and it also is the validation to the design criterion and evaluation technologies for fatigue and damage tolerance.From the perspective of the aircraft structure safety and the fatigue test efficiency,the test load must be controllable unloaded in time when an accident occurred in the fatigue test.According to the reasons for unloading and the current load spectrum state,a novel control protection technology is proposed that taking the load spectrum state into account.The method has been realized by the coordinate load control system of MTS FlexTest 200.The experiment result shows that the technology is effective,and can meet the requirements that the current load state must be unloaded in controllable conditions,therefore it can be applied in the full-scale fatigue test.
