热环境下壁板结构稳定性试验方法初探 被引量:1

摘要 对钛合金加筋壁板热环境下的稳定性试验方法开展了研究,在壁板单面受热条件下,对壁板施加压缩或剪切载荷,在热/载联合作用下测试壁板高温应变,考核壁板的稳定性是否满足设计要求。采用石英灯辐射加热模拟了壁板的稳态温度环境,设计了专门的夹具实现了热环境下力载荷的施加,采用数字散斑非接触应变测试系统进行了壁板高温应变的测试。此外,建立了壁板有限元分析模型,进一步分析了热环境、温度场均匀性、连接夹具与试验件的螺栓数量对试验结果的影响规律。本文的研究对高速飞行器高温区结构壁板的稳定性设计提供初步的验证方法。 The test method for the stability of stiffened panel made of titanium alloy in thermal environment is studied in the paper.The compression or shear load is applied to the panel at the same time when the single surface of the panel is heated.The high-temperature strain of the panel is measured in the test in order to verify if the stability of the panel meets the design requirements.The steady-state temperature applied to the panel is simulated by the radiant heating of quartz lamp.The special clamp is designed to apply mechanical load to the panel in thermal environment.The high-temperature strain of the panel is measured by using the non-contact digital speckle system.Besides this,the finite element model of the panel is established to analyze the effects of environment temperature,uniformity of temperature field,and the numbers of the bolts joining the clamp and the panel on the test results.The study presented in the paper will provide a reference to test the high-temperature stability of the panel.
