伺服阀线缆检测器研制

摘要 在Aero ST、Flex Test200、SmarTest等试验加载控制器的调试过程中,伺服阀线缆故障频出,严重影响强度试验效率。为解决此类问题,研制了一种高效便捷的伺服阀线缆检测器,给出了伺服阀线缆检测器的设计方案,并将该方案应用于某飞机结构试验中。试验结果证明,本设计合理有效,减少了工程中大量繁琐的排故现象,大幅提升了试验的稳定性、可靠性及有效性。 In tuning process of Aero ST,Flex Test200 and SmarTest controller,there are many errors in signal transmission in servo-valve cables,which affects the test efficiency seriously.To solve the problem,a detector for servo-valve cables is designed by detecting servo-valve cables and valve current.Firstly,the design plan of detector for servo-valve cables is given.Subsequently,the plan is applied in an aircraft structural test.The experimental results show that this method effectively solves the problems in controller tuning.The approaches have been applied in the aircraft structural test successfully.
