摘要
随着航空事业的发展,以石油为原料的航空煤油将会越来越少,未来的航空燃料会以生物燃料为主,美国已经在利用猪油进行工业化生产生物柴油。我国是甘油生产大国,但甘油在工业生产和食用上还有很大的局限性,开发生物航空燃料是可持续发展的技术手段之一。本文从热物理角度探讨甘油加热设备结构尺寸优化及加热功率预估。
With the development of aviation,aviation kerosene will be fewer and fewer,and the future aviation fuel will be mainly biofuel.For example,the United States has on the use of lard for industrialized production of biodiesel.As glycerol production in our country power,glycerin in industrial production and consumption has much limitation.Lard oil production technology is one of the means for the sustainable development of aviation fuel.The optimization of the structural dimension of glycerin heating equipment and the pre-estimation of heating power are discussed from the perspective of thermal physics in the paper.
