摘要
通过筛选无苯系列溶剂的羟基丙烯酸树脂、填料、各种助剂等组分制备了主漆,搭配脂肪族异氰酸酯固化剂,开发出一种高固低黏的耐候无苯型丙烯酸聚氨酯地坪面漆。研究了n(─NCO)/n(─OH)对涂膜性能的影响。当n(─NCO)/n(─OH)为1.05∶1.00时,所得面漆具有优异的理化性能,可用于要求户外曝晒耐久性强的地坪。
A benzene-free and weatherable acrylic polyurethane floor topcoat with high solid content and low viscosity was developed by mixing the primary component,which was prepared through selecting the benzene-free hydroxyl acrylic resin,filler,and various auxiliary agents,with aliphatic isocyanate curing agent.The effect of NCO/OH molar ratio on the properties of coating was studied.The topcoat prepared at a NCO/OH molar ratio of 1.05:1.00 has good physical and chemical properties,and is applicable to the outdoor floors which require strong durability.
