介绍了用于汽车雨刮器的氯丁橡胶(CR)胶条的表面处理和喷涂生产工艺,探讨了涂装工艺参数以及涂层厚度对涂层性能及刮净度的影响,并说明了关键控制要素。
The surface treatment and spray coating process for chloroprene(CR)rubber strip applied to automotive wiper were introduced.The effects of coating process parameters and coating thickness on coating performance and wiping quality were discussed.The key elements of control were described.
