农产品生产者心理参照价格影响因素研究——基于农产品目标价格政策视角

Research on the Impacting Factors on the Psychological Reference Prices of Agricultural Producers——Based on the Perspective of Agricultural Target Price Policy

农产品目标价格是农业产业发展与产品定位的关键,在确保生产者收益稳定的前提下,应尽可能根据农产品市场供求状况来确定目标价格,以切实保障我国农业稳定发展。以新疆棉花种植为例,在阐述农产品生产者心理参照价格形成机理的基础上,实证分析了农产品生产者心理参照价格的影响因素,并提出了相关对策建议。

Agricultural target price is the key to the agricultural industrial development and product positioning.In the premise of guaranteeing the stabilization of producers’profit,we should determine target prices according to the demand and supply situation of agricultural market as much as possible,and ensure the stable agricultural development of China.This paper takes Xinjiang cotton plantation as example,empirically analyzes the impacting factors on the psychological reference price of agricultural producers based on the presentation of the formation mechanism of psychological reference price of agricultural producers,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
