论“优秀”的异化及其道德重建

On the Alienation of Excellence and Its Rebuilt Morally

"优秀"的形成是一个渐进、积累、优化的过程。"优秀"异化产生于社会异化,其本质是人的异化。"优秀"异化具有高层化和精英化、隐蔽性和连锁性、族群性和团体性、破坏性和腐蚀性等特征。"优秀"异化破坏社会公信力,危害整体伦理秩序。消解"优秀"异化,重建道德良序,要求人们加强自律自省,严格制度管理实践,形成理性社会批评网络,弘扬和践行社会主义核心价值观。

The formation of“excellence”is a process of gradualism,accumulation and optimization.The alienation of“excellence”derives from that of society of which the origin is the alienation of humanity.The features of the alienation of“excellence”is that it appears among leaderships and elites,and that it is hard to be aware of and it usually related to groups of people and that it is devastating and corrosive.The alienation of“excellence”damages the social credibility as well the general morality order.To eliminate the alienation of“excellence”and rebuilt the true morality order requires the enhance of self-discipline,a strict regulation for practice and the formation of social critical system as well as the propaganda and fulfill of socialist core values.
