大陆和台湾地区第三方支付与民众使用意愿的比较研究

The Third-party Payment Development on both Sides of the Straits and Comparative Study on Public Usage Intention

大陆第三方支付行业在近年来发展迅猛,在民众生活中占据了越来越重要的位置,而台湾地区第三方支付服务的发展起步很晚,对第三方支付的研究处于初步探索阶段。本文将大陆和台湾地区第三方支付发展现状和民众使用意愿做初步调查并进行比较分析,研究发现台湾地区民众对第三方支付接受程度明显偏低,台湾地区在法令规范和市场因素方面都激励不足,再加上台湾地区消费者心理层面和风险耐受度等因素,造成台湾地区第三方支付交易发展迟滞。

In China's Mainland the third-party payment industry has developed rapidly in recent years,playing a more and more important role in people’s daily life while in Taiwan it started late and the research on the third-party payment is at the preliminary exploration stage.This article makes a preliminary investigation into public usage intention and comparative analysis of the third party payment development in cross-strait.Findings show that the Taiwan Residents public acceptance for third-party payment is obviously lower because of lack of incentive in the law norms and market factors,and Taiwan consumer factors such as the psychological level and risk tolerance level.All these factors have caused the slow development of the third-party payment transaction.
