The Development with Safety Characteristics of North China Institute of Science and Technology

The school-running characteristics of universities mainly embodies in the distinctive features which were formed in the prolonged process and are unique and superior to the other universities.Universities must actively create their own school-running characteristics to take a place in the higher education competition with other counterparts.This paper introduces the practical experience of the development with safety characteristics of North China Institute of Science and Technology,including the school-running orientation,discipline construction,educational teaching,scientific research,social services,campus culture and foreign cooperation.The university adheres to safety characteristics,and facilitates the sound development of education under the new situation.
